CompTrain Youth builds more than athletes—we develop strong, capable, and resilient young humans.

These 90-minute classes combine strength, speed, conditioning, and mindset training—giving kids and teens the tools they need to thrive both in sport and in life.

Grounded in the CompTrain Complete Athlete Methodology, each class develops all four pillars of athletic performance:
Movement • Strength • Energy System Development • Durability

What We Train:

  • Movement & Coordination – Line drills, reaction races, and agility work to sharpen mechanics and footwork
  • Strength – Foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and accessory work to build total-body strength and control
  • Conditioning – Intervals, circuits, sleds, and game-style finishers to improve speed, power, and endurance
  • Durability – Bodyweight strength, core development, and proper recovery to help athletes stay healthy and consistent
  • 5 Factors of Health Education – Weekly talks cover Eat, Sleep, Train, Think, and Connect—life habits that fuel long-term success

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

  • 20 minutes – Line drills, warm-ups, and reaction relay races
  • 10 minutes – Bodyweight station rotations (pull-ups, push-ups, agility drills)
  • 10 minutes – 5 Factors of Health talk (rotating weekly focus)
  • 30 minutes – Strength training + accessory work + core
  • 20 minutes – Conditioning and finishers

Middle school and high school athletes train in separate classes, with age-appropriate programming and coaching tailored to their stage of development.

Whether your athlete is chasing performance on the field—or building the strength and confidence to move well for life—this is where they become complete.

What's the schedule?

All Youth Classes start the week of September 8th, 2025.

Middle School - 90 Minute Classes:

  • Monday through Thursday at:
    • 4:00pm - 5:30pm
    • 5:30pm - 7:00pm

High School - 90 Minute Classes:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at:
    • 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Our class schedule matches the schedule on the Natick Public Schools calendar - If they're in session, so are we!

How much does it cost?

Pricing:

Each month requires a monthly membership. The amount per month is based on the number of available classes on the schedule, which changes based on the

Natick Public Schools calendar.

Monthly Membership Options:

1 Class/Week: $35/class

2 Class/Week: $31.50/class

3 Class/Week: $28/class (Middle School Only)

4 Class/Week: $25/class (Middle School Only)

Membership Details:

- All Youth Memberships are committing to specific days of the week (Example: Tues & Thurs at 4:00pm)

- All CompTrain Youth sessions are capped at 18 Kids.

- Auto-renews, cancel anytime before next month.

- No-class days & cancellations follow the Natick Public Schools calendar.

- Non-refundable.

- Non-transferable to other memberships or accounts.

Can I pay as I go or do drop ins for these classes?

No. These classes require a membership to participate. The best available option for both Middle School and High School classes are the 1x/week membership. Please contact us if you're interested!
